1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. FlyTrips & Holidays LTD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and airline fare rules. Payment must be received in full before tickets are issued. Prices are quoted in GBP and include all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit and debit cards.

3. Fare Rules

Flight fares are subject to the terms of the individual airline. Some fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. You will be clearly informed of the fare conditions before completing payment. Name corrections may incur a fee.

4. Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health certificates) for all destinations on your itinerary. We accept no liability for denied boarding due to insufficient documentation.

5. Liability

FlyTrips & Holidays acts as an agent for airlines. We are not liable for actions or omissions of airlines, including delays, cancellations, or service changes. Our liability is limited to the value of your booking in all circumstances.

6. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@flytripsnholidays.co.uk within 28 days of your return date. We aim to respond within 5 business days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to ABTA's arbitration service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
